Ted Ligety

Ted Ligety is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and five-time world champion racing for the US Ski Team, Ligety is widely regarded as one of the greatest giant slalom skiers of all time – a racer known for precision, power, and a style that helped redefine what fast can look like. 

Over a career built on relentless progression, Ted earned five giant slalom World Cup titles and 25 World Cup victories, including 24 in GS. Off the hill, he’s brought the same mindset to entrepreneurship and storytelling, continuing to shape modern ski culture beyond the start gate. 

At The Mountain Studio, Ted joins our roster of world-class ambassadors, and will collaborate on content and media projects, as well as help strengthen our growing presence in the US – connecting with skiers who care about performance, clean design, and gear built to last.
