Free shipping is available in selected markets and is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and delivery country.

The applicable shipping options, costs and any free-shipping threshold will always be shown before you complete your order.

    Taxes & Duties

    For many of our key markets, applicable taxes and duties are already included in the price shown, so there are no additional import charges from The Mountain Studio.

    This applies to:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

    For other destinations, local regulations may in some cases require additional taxes, duties or customs clearance fees to be paid upon import. These charges are not collected by The Mountain Studio and, where applicable, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

    You will always be informed during checkout if your destination may be subject to local import charges.

    For customers outside Sweden, our international checkout and cross-border experience is managed together with Global-e.

    Order processing

    Orders placed Monday–Friday before the applicable cut-off time are normally dispatched the same business day.

    • EU, Switzerland & Norway: Orders placed before 12:00 CET
    • Rest of the world: Orders placed before 10:00 CET

    Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

    Delivery times below apply from dispatch:

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs processing or carrier delays.

    Tracking your order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

    Unclaimed or refused deliveries

    If a delivery is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us by the carrier, the costs associated with the return shipment may be deducted from your refund.

    An additional handling fee of up to €40 may apply if additional return or handling costs are incurred.
