For EU customers including Norway: Orders placed before 12 PM CET Monday - Friday, are normally sent out the same day.
For non EU customers: Orders placed before 10 AM CET Monday - Friday, are normally sent out the same day.

Unclaimed packages
If a package is refused by the customer/recipient and sent back to us by the freight carrier, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 40 EUR.
