Returns and claims

30 days return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 30 days return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Returned items must comply with our Return Policy:
  • The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • The purchase was done online
  • Less than 30 days have passed since the courier delivered the order

Free return freight

If you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. Depending on the label you received from us, you can return the package at the nearest UPS or DHL service point. For UPS returns, please click here to view UPS Access Points. For DHL returns, please click here. You can track your order using the tracking ID provided by the service point.


Tax & Duties outside EU

When returning products to us from countries outside EU, you can claim the import tax and duty that you have payed to the carrier according to local rules. Please contact the carrier for the claim. 


For now we don't offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and quickest way is to complete a new order in the shop for the product you wish to have instead. Return the original item, with free freight, to us according to above instructions. 

Claims & Warranty

The Mountain Studio guarantees the products against deviations from the brand’s set material and craftsmanship standards for the practical product lifespan of its intended use. This lifespan isn't indefinite or equivalent to a human's lifetime. Factors like how the product is used, materials' deterioration, and part wear-out affect it. If the garment appears worn-out, it might be time for a replacement. Other factors considered for the practical product lifespan include product type, intended usage and product age.
You should be the initial buyer and possess valid proof of your purchase directly from us, or from an approved The Mountain Studio reseller, to be able to claim this Warrant.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or carelessness
  • Ignoring care guidelines, including wrong washing methods
  • Harm from rips, slashes, burns or punctures
  • Normal down/feather migration
  • Aesthetic impairments such as minor marks or natural color fade
  • Changes or modifications not approved by our service team

Our limited warranty means that we will repair or replace products. If you have a warranty question or a claim, please contact our customer service at prior to sending any garment to us.
