What is included in the Z-2 EPE Ski Set?

The set is built around the Z-2 EPE Gore-Tex ePE 3L Shell Jacket in Winter Moss and the Y-1 EPE Gore-Tex ePE 3L Shell Pants in Castle Wall. You then choose an insulation layer and a base layer, and can add accessories such as TMS & Hestra leather gloves or mittens and TMS goggles.

Can I choose a different size for each piece?

Yes. You select the size for each garment separately as you build the set, so the jacket, pants and layers can each match your fit. Check the size guide on each product page for guidance.

Which insulation layer should I choose?

The D-8 PRO is a technical high-alpine down jacket with 800 fill power RDS-certified down that works on its own or under the shell. The D-7 UL is a lighter hooded down jacket with 700 fill power down that packs into an included stash bag. The M-9 uses PrimaLoft Gold Eco synthetic insulation with stretch fleece side panels for mobility and airflow on active days.

Which base layer should I choose?

The U-1 and U-2 are synthetic base layers with a Silvadur antimicrobial treatment. The U-7 and U-8 are knitted from a merino wool and polyamide blend for natural warmth, breathability and moisture regulation. Both options are close-fitting layers designed to sit under the shell.

Is the set suitable for off-piste skiing and touring?

Yes. The Z-2 EPE is engineered for off-piste and backcountry skiing, and the Y-1 EPE is suited to freeride, touring and resort days. Both have ventilation zippers so you can regulate temperature on the climb and close up for the descent.

How do I care for the shell jacket and pants?

Wash the Z-2 EPE and Y-1 EPE inside out at 40°C or cold, separately and with fasteners closed, using mild detergent only. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, and tumble dry at low heat. The other pieces in the set have their own care instructions on each product page.
