"We knew that the conditions were likely to be very spring-like by now, so we didn't set our sights on long and beautiful freeride lines of fresh snow.
We went to explore the area and experience for the first time what Ski & Sail is all about. Every day we went skitouring, climbing about 1,000 meters in altitude, enjoying the beauty of the surrounding Lyngen Alps.
All in all, we spent a week on the water, sailing, listening to Norwegian (and other) stories, admiring the beauty of wild moose and enjoying freshly caught and cooked fish. On top of that, skiing, snowboarding, sauna and swimming in the waters of the fjords made the whole experience extraordinary.
We will certainly return when the snow conditions allow us to explore the Lyngen Alps in greater depth."
