Which side of the jacket is meant to face out?

Either. One side is checkered twill for a softer, more refined look; the other is smooth for a cleaner, more technical appearance. Both sides are fully finished with a chest pocket and two hand pockets.

Is the D-1 RCH warm enough for skiing and snowboarding?

Yes. The jacket is insulated with 750 fill power RDS-certified down, and the smooth side is windproof and water resistant with a 10,000/10,000 waterproof rating for cold and changing mountain conditions.

Can I wear the D-1 RCH as an everyday winter jacket?

Does the helmet-compatible hood work with ski and snowboard helmets?

Yes. The storm hood has an integrated visor, adjusts fully with a draw cord, and is sized to fit over most ski and snowboard helmets.

How should I care for and clean this down jacket?

Wash at 40°C or with cold water, inside out, separately and with fasteners closed. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low to help restore loft. Do not dry clean.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
