How does the D-5 WC fit, and should I size up or down?

The D-5 WC runs large, with a roomy fit that leaves space for layers. We recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size. If you plan to wear thick midlayers underneath, take your usual size. See the size guide for exact garment measurements.

Which side is meant to face out?

Either. One textured corduroy side gives a softer, characterful look, while the reverse Pertex nylon side is cleaner and more technical, so you can wear whichever suits the day.

It is filled with 750 fill power RDS-certified down for substantial warmth on cold days without unnecessary bulk.

The corduroy side carries a 20,000/20,000 rating, but this is an insulating down jacket, not a hard shell. In sustained wet weather, wear it under a shell.

Does it work for skiing and resort life?

Yes. A large storm hood, ski pass pocket, and pockets on both sides make it practical on snow, while the corduroy side brings an elevated look for the village.

How should I care for the D-5 WC?

Wash easy care at 30 °C, inside out, separately and with fasteners closed. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not iron or dry clean, and tumble dry on low with a few tennis balls to restore loft.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
