How does the E-9 W fit, and should I size up or down?

The E-9 W uses women's sizing with a short, boxy cut. If you prefer a longer or roomier fit, or plan to layer underneath, consider sizing up.

How do I wear the E-9 W?

Wear it on its own in dry conditions, as an easy layer after a day in the mountains, or under a shell jacket when you need a quick boost of warmth.

The soft wool and acrylic blend pile provides comfortable warmth and texture for cooler days, without the weight of a heavier insulated jacket.

Is it suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Its timeless, modern expression makes it just as natural for casual, everyday wear as it is on the mountain.

Is this a waterproof jacket?

No. This is an insulating mid layer, not a waterproof shell. In wet conditions, wear it under one of our shell jackets.

How should I care for the E-9 W?

Use a wool or hand-wash program at 30°C, wash inside out, separately and with fasteners closed. Use a mild, delicate detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not iron or dry clean, and tumble dry on low.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
