Can I wear the M-11 on its own or as a layer?

Both. Wear it as a standalone piece in dry conditions, as an easy layer after a day in the mountains, or under a shell jacket when the temperature drops.

How warm is the M-11?

The soft wool and acrylic blend pile provides comfortable warmth and texture for cooler days, without the weight of a heavier insulated jacket.

Is the M-11 suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Its timeless expression and relaxed warmth make it just as natural for casual, everyday wear as it is on the mountain.

Is this a technical shell?

No. This is an insulating mid layer, not a waterproof shell. In wet conditions, wear it under one of our shell jackets.

How should I care for the M-11?

Hand wash cold with a delicate detergent, wash inside out and separately, dry flat, and do not tumble dry or bleach. The wool blend may pill at first; remove pilling by hand or with a lint roller and it will reduce with wear.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
