How warm is the S-11 W?

It is insulated with 700 fill power RDS-certified down for reliable warmth on cold midwinter days, while the 3-layer ALP-3 shell keeps it protective without excess bulk.

Yes. The ALP-3 ripstop shell has a 20,000/20,000 waterproof rating with fully taped seams, so it is waterproof, windproof, and breathable for resort skiing in changing weather.

How does the S-11 W fit?

It has an ergonomic women's cut with high-reach arm construction and signature side-cut hem and cuffs for freedom of movement, and layers comfortably over a mid-layer.

What features help on the mountain?

A helmet-compatible storm hood with laminated visor, an internal snow skirt, underarm ventilation, and flap front pockets make it practical for long days on snow.

Is the down responsibly sourced?

Yes. It uses RDS-certified down, ensuring the insulation is responsibly sourced and meets animal welfare standards.

How should I care for the S-11 W?

Wash easy care at 30 °C, inside out and separately with fasteners closed, using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not iron or dry clean, and tumble dry on low with a few tennis balls to restore loft.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Klarna, digital wallets and, in many countries, PayPal. The available options are adapted to your country and always shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and handled by our payment partners, and we never store your payment details.
