How does the S-4 D fit, and should I size up or down?

The S-4 D uses men's sizing and offers an ergonomic fit designed for layering. If you prefer a closer fit or are between sizes, consider sizing down. For women, sizing down from your usual women's size is recommended.

Is the S-4 D suitable for both skiing and everyday winter wear?

Yes, the S-4 D is designed for resort skiing but its minimalist style and durable Gore-Tex shell make it versatile enough for city use and other outdoor activities.

What type of down is used, and is it responsibly sourced?

The S-4 D is insulated with RDS-certified down, ensuring the filling is responsibly sourced for animal welfare.

How should I care for and clean my Gore-Tex down jacket?

Wash the jacket on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then tumble dry on low to help restore loft. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Always follow the care label instructions for best results.

Can the S-4 D handle wet snow and strong winds?

The Gore-Tex 2-layer ripstop shell provides waterproof and windproof protection, making the jacket reliable in wet snow, wind, and changing mountain conditions.

Does the S-4 D work well for layering in very cold weather?

Yes, the efficient down insulation reduces the need for heavy layers, but the fit allows for easy layering with technical midlayers or base layers when temperatures drop further.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Klarna, digital wallets and, in many countries, PayPal. The available options are adapted to your country and always shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and handled by our payment partners, and we never store your payment details.
