How does the S-9 fit, and should I size up or down?

The S-9 has a regular ski fit with room to layer. It uses men's sizing; if you plan to wear heavy midlayers underneath, consider sizing up.

It is insulated with light PrimaLoft Stretch insulation (40g in the body, 20g in the sleeves), adding warmth without bulk while keeping the mobility of a technical shell.

Yes. The ALP-3 membrane is waterproof, windproof, and breathable with a 20,000/20,000 rating and fully taped seams.

Is it suitable for skiing and snowboarding?

Yes. It is built for resort skiing and snowboarding, with a helmet-compatible storm hood, a snow skirt, and a ski pass pocket for full days on snow.

How do I manage temperature on warmer days?

Underarm ventilation zippers let you release excess heat quickly when the pace picks up or the weather turns milder.

How should I care for the S-9?

Wash at 40°C or cold water, inside out, separately and with fasteners closed. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not dry clean, tumble dry on low, and iron on low if needed.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Klarna, digital wallets and, in many countries, PayPal. The available options are adapted to your country and always shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and handled by our payment partners, and we never store your payment details.
