What is the W-21 made of?

It is knitted seamless from a soft merino wool and polyamide blend, which is warm, breathable, and naturally temperature-regulating.

Merino wool delivers dependable warmth and soft comfort in cold conditions, while remaining breathable so it does not overheat.

What does the asymmetric construction do?

The longer front panel adds coverage, shielding the lower face and neck from wind and snow, while the back sits lower to reduce bulk under a jacket.

Is merino itchy against the skin?

No. The fine merino blend is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the seamless knit avoids irritating seams.

It comes in one size. The stretchy seamless design fits most and is easy to pull on and pack away.

How should I care for the W-21?

Use a wool or delicate programme at 30 °C with a mild detergent, wash inside out and separately, avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not tumble dry, and iron on low heat if needed.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
