How do the Y-1 EPE pants fit, and should I size up for layering?

The Y-1 EPE pants have an ergonomic cut with pre-bent knees for freedom of movement. If you prefer a looser fit or plan to wear thick layers underneath, consider sizing up.

Are these shell pants suitable for both skiing and snowboarding?

Yes, the 3-layer Gore-Tex ePE construction offers full waterproof and windproof protection for skiing, snowboarding, and other alpine activities.

How do I care for and wash the Y-1 EPE pants?

Wash inside out at 40°C with cold water, using mild detergent. Tumble dry at low heat and avoid bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning. Always close all fasteners before washing.

Do the Y-1 EPE pants have ventilation for warmer days or hiking?

Yes, large ventilation zippers allow you to adjust airflow for hiking, touring, or warm conditions.

Are these pants eco-friendly and PFAS free?

The Y-1 EPE pants use Gore-Tex ePE 3-layer membrane produced without added PFAS and durable materials chosen for long-term use and repairability.

Can I use these pants for backcountry touring as well as resort skiing?

Yes, the technical features and rugged construction make them suitable for both backcountry touring and resort skiing.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Klarna, digital wallets and, in many countries, PayPal. The available options are adapted to your country and always shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and handled by our payment partners, and we never store your payment details.
