The Gore-Tex ePE 3-layer fabric provides ultimate waterproof and windproof protection while being extremely breathable. A soft flannel backer offers added comfort, even during heavy use. The lightweight design makes it ideal for both lift-accessed use and touring. Two deep chest pockets and two hand pockets on the front add space for essentials to be stored on the go while in the mountains. A large, helmet-compatible storm hood provides shelter from storms and precipitation. Underarm ventilation zippers allow for easy airflow adjustment in warmer weather or while hiking.

The Z-2 ePE is an exceptionally versatile jacket made for layering, suitable for a wide range of uses in the mountains, from lapping the chairlift all day to long ski touring missions. This jacket is designed to withstand the most extreme conditions and is built to last for many winters to come.
