How does the Z-7 PRO fit, and is it unisex?

The Z-7 PRO uses unisex sizing with a longer cut for added coverage. For the best fit, women are recommended to size down one size from their usual.

How waterproof is it?

It uses Gore-Tex Pro 3-layer fabric — fully waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable, with fully taped seams and waterproof zippers for the harshest mountain conditions.

What is Vectran and why is it used?

Vectran is an ultra-durable fibre used to reinforce the shoulders and elbows, adding abrasion resistance where a hard shell takes the most wear.

Is it suitable for backcountry and off-piste skiing?

Yes. The Z-7 PRO is our most rugged shell, developed with ambassadors around the Matterhorn for off-piste and backcountry skiing and snowboarding in demanding conditions.

Is this jacket insulated?

No. The Z-7 PRO is a hard shell, not an insulated jacket. Layer an insulated mid layer underneath for warmth in cold conditions.

How should I care for the Z-7 PRO?

Wash at 40°C, inside out, separately and with fasteners closed. Use a mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, do not dry clean, iron on low, and tumble dry on low heat.

How fast is delivery, and what does shipping cost?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 CET (EU, Switzerland and Norway) are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Sweden, 1–3 business days in the EU, Switzerland and Norway, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold for your country are shown before you pay. For our key markets, including the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US, taxes and duties are already included in the price.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Returns are free, except from Germany where a €5 fee is deducted from the refund. We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you need another size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original.
